Gladful is an anonymous, personalized, real time Peer-To-Peer support platform, available 24/7. You can register on the app, and send a "Flare Request" to immediately vent or seek mental health support from a member of the Gladful community via a 10 minute text conversation. You can also sign up to help others on the app by responding or "Co-Piloting" Flare Requests whenever you're available. The app tries to match you with peers who have been through similar experiences to you; who will listen privately and offer advice without judgement.
